Service Opportunities for Trinity Youth every Friday

Trinity Youth have responded to the needs of homeless persons in our community by setting up rooms for PADS guests each Friday afternoon.  Other youth groups have responded to this need as well.  They come to Trinity the first Friday of every month to serve.

Youth leader Dave Borum is working with our neighbors across the street at WINGS (Women in Need Growing Stronger) to discover ways our young people might also respond to the needs of homeless and abused women and children who have suffered from domestic violence.

The first Friday of each month is designated “WINGS and Things” for Trinity Youth.  Young people will meet at 4:00 as usual.  We will walk across the street to provide hands-on service at the WINGS facility before enjoying a meal of chicken wings, buffalo wings, wild wings or any kind of “winged” snacks here at the church.   Youth are asked to bring $3.00 each Friday to cover food costs.  Contact Dave Borum for more information.

Christian Education on Sunday Morning

the txt class for junior high students meets at 10:45 in Room 101.

Credo 2 Confirmation class meets at 11:30 in Room 101.

Junior High students use LinC and Credo curricula.

Parents of confirmands are encouraged to attend either Credo 1 at 9:15 or Credo 2.
