This is an ongoing fundraiser meaning it’s monthly all year long!!!

We’d like to see Manna contribute $4,000.00 to Trinity for 2010. Please, please consider purchasing at least your groceries, gas, and medications through gift (debit) cards. We have Dominicks, Jewel, Garden Fresh, Meijer, Walgreens, CVS, BP, Shell, Mobil, Speedway, Marathon and many, many more vendors. Check mannagroup.net for other vendors and dollar values and new additions not listed on the order form. ORDERING IS PAINLESS. It doesn’t cost any extra money than what you would spend at the store and it helps support our congregation.

You can purchase gift cards for these stores. You receive the full face value of the card and the store will remit anywhere between 3 and 14 percent of that money to the church.

Thank you to all who ordered Manna gift cards in 2009. We had $76,150.50 in orders for a profit of $3,097.84. Let's make it to $4,000 for 2010. For July 2010, we have $45,538.00 in orders for a profit of $1,933.67.

MANNA Order Forms are available in the narthex or here on the Trinity website. Click on this link and print out June's form.

In addition to our monthly orders, we are offering weekly sales on Dominicks, Jewel, Meijer, Walgreens, Marathon, Shell and Speedway cards in denominations of $25.00. These cards will give TUMC 3-5% discounts.

We will accept cash or checks at this time. This may be a good way to try Manna if ordering monthly is too difficult to remember.

WELCOME TO MANNA – a great way to support Trinity by purchasing gift cards to give as gifts or to use yourself. We have over one hundred vendors to choose from.

All orders are due the first Sunday of the month. Cards can be picked up the third Sunday of the month, from 9am - 12pm, or call me to make other arrangements.

Instructions for filling out order form

Choose the items and quantities you want to purchase. Multiply the quantities by the dollar value of the card you want. This is the amount you owe for that item.
For example:
You want 2 - $25.00 Dominick’s cards. Your total owed would be $50.00. The discount does not apply to you. It is the amount Manna will give Trinity on your order. Do this for all of the items you want to order.
Total all items per column and enter in the subtotal and total boxes on the bottom of the form.
Write a check for the total amount payable to:
Trinity United Methodist Church
Attach the check to the order form.
Make sure you fill out your name, phone number and email address on the top of the form.
Due date is the first Sunday of the month. Either:
- Bring your order and check to church. I’ll be there between 9:00am and 12:00pm to collect them. If you don't see me there, you can drop them into our new secure Manna Box in the Narthex.
- Mail it to me at the address on the order form. Allow that it has to reach me by the first Sunday of the month.
- Drop it off at my house.
Pick up your order at church on the third Sunday of the month from 9am – 12pm, or call me for other arrangements.
