The Masters at Trinity

composersWhat do Bach, Haydn, Mozart, Beethoven, and Vaughn-Williams Have in Common?

  1. They were master composers.
  2. They are coming to Trinity on November 10.

The Worship and Music Committee has designated November 10, 2013 as “Masterworks Sunday.”  The 10:30 service will feature music written by master composers such as Bach, Handel, Haydn, Mozart, and others.  The string ensemble, led by our own Reagan Brasch, will provide special music and will accompany the Chancel Choir (under Ty Mitchell’s direction) on a classic that is recognized and loved around the world.  Dorcas Keating will sing a solo from the classics as part of the music ministry.  The service will also mark Jerry Hug’s return to the conductor’s podium as he leads the strings, brass quartet, and organ for the congregational singing of hymns and responses.

Mark your calendars for this special event!
