Trinity United Methodist youth ministry is a welcoming, inclusive, safe place with open hearts, open minds and open doors to all junior high through high school age youth. Trinity youth ministry invites youth to come and be themselves, to feel comfortable and accepted in a space without judgement, to be honest, listen and encourage each other to be good, kind and do for others and to support each other in spiritual growth and know they are loved. A place where youth can make long lasting memories, build long lasting friendships and build a long lasting relationship with God they can take with them into the rest of their lives.

Another successful service session! Twelve of Trinity’s finest packed meals at Feed My Starving Children on Saturday, February 14th and then enjoyed some “chilling” treats at the local Dairy Queen afterwards. Our March service activity will be another visitation to a local nursing home.
We will need ALL HANDS ON DECK for Sunday, March 1st, as the youth are once again being called upon to judge the Chili Cookoff being held after the service. Chili, sides and desserts are the categories being judged.
A special thanks to Eavan and Zili. They have both attended every youth group meeting in 2026 and have played a major role in the success of our weekly poster boards that summarize each lesson. This week’s lesson is about King Saul and the witch Endor conjuring up the ghost of King Samuel (I Samuel 28:7-20).
Be sure to check out the summary board in the narthex. During each youth group meeting, we summarize the thoughts and lessons learned from our 13 week program on Shocking and Scandalous Stories from the bible. Each summary shows the date and title of the lesson, a picture including the bible passage, a word or phrase from each participant that was meaningful to them from the lesson and finally a list of those that attended. It’s a great way to engage our youth in learning more about our Sunday night meetings.
